In the Hazleton Y's Wellness Center members enjoy a safe, comfortable environment in which they can be themselves while improving their quality of life. The Y's Wellness Staff's goal is to assit people in their quest to strengthen their bodies and fortify their spirits. Now you can have the individual attention of a qualified Trainer and the support and motivation of the group. Fee per Session: Members: Two in a group - $15 per person Three in a gorup - $8 per person Four in a group - $6 per person Nonmembers: Two in a group - $22 per person Three in a gorup - $15 per person Four in a group - $11 per person BEGINNER STRENGTH TRAINING
This class is the perfect opportunity for beginners or those who have been away for a while to learn how to safely workout together in a small group. A Y Trainer will guide and motivate the group as you move toward a healthier lifestyle. A Y Trainer will create a well rounded workout and teach the group a safe way to exercise with and without free weights. Women will lose weight, become stronger, boost their metabolism and fight osteoporosis with the support of a group.
