GUEST PASS POLICY
Yearly members 18 and up can bring in one guest at a time. Each guest must be 18 years or older. Each guest is only able to come to the Y a total of three times before he/she is asked to get a membership or pay $10.00 per visit. EMERGENCY CLOSINGS Tune to television stations WYOU Channel 22 or WBRE Channel 28 for program cancellations or changes in opening or closing the YMCA/YWCA facility. Classes cancelled for weather emergencies will not be made up. MEMBERSHIP CARDS A membership card is issued upon purchase of your membership. This card must be presented upon entering the facility. This is done to better protect you and your belongings. Lost cards will be replaced at a cost of $5.00 per card. LOCKERS Locker rentals are available to annual Adult members for a nonrefundable $20 fee. See Front Desk for availability. AWAY “Always Welcome At YMCA” allows you to use participating YMCA's throughout the U.S.A. free of charge or at reduced rates. Your membership card carries your AWAY sticker. Members of other YMCA’s may use our facility three times per calendar year at no charge, thereafter there is a $2.50 charge. CONDUCT CODE It is the responsibility of each member to be aware of all the rules and appropriate member behavior and conduct himself or herself accordingly. Members have a responsibility to express their ideas and opinions in a respectful manner so as not to offend or slander others. Members have a responsibility to volunteer information in mattes related to the health, safety and welfare of the YMCA & YWCA members and protection of Y property. All members are accepted into the Y activities base on their ability to abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. Rules of conduct and rules governing use of exercise equipment are to be followed at all times. Failure to do so may result in any or all of the following: 1st Violation: Verbal and written warning 2nd Violation: One week suspension of membership privileges 3rd Violation: One month suspension of membership privileges 4th violation: Membership revoked without refund REFUNDS/CREDITS/CLASS CONFIRMATIONS Schedules and fees are subject to change without prior notice. You are enrolled in class upon registration. If the class is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified and you may choose an alternate class or receive a credit if an acceptable alternative is not available. Credits are also issued if we are notified of your inability to attend class before the session starts, the first week of the session or any time with a medical excuse. Credits expire if not used within one year of the date of issue. Refunds are not issued except in the case of cancellation of the class, your relocation due to your job, (which you will need a written letter from your employer on company letterhead) or a medical excuse with extenuating circumstances. | |||||||||||||
