GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
At the Hazleton YMCA/YWCA we are committed to the welfare of the whole person. We strive to benefit the spirit, mind and body of all people attending our Group Exercise Classes. This challenging workout incorporates lots of squats, lunges, lifts, presses and curls to get one of the toughest workouts you'll ever experience. Motivating and well trained instructors will use great music to guide you toward your fitness goals. You will be propelled through a heart pounding, simply drenching cardio workout that will challenge your body without the high impact that can sometimes wear and damage joints. This class is easily modified to cater to beginners and as well as elite athletes Don't forget your hand towel and water bottle! Tues and Thur: 6:35 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Non-Members: Pay per Class: $5 Fee per Session: Spring I - $70 Spring II - $70 HI LO AERO (FREE for members) A hi/lo cardio class with intermediate to advanced choreography set to popular music. The modifiable cardio workout is supplemented with challenging abdominal work. The motivating instructor and lively music will keep you inspired as you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
