AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASSES
TWINGES FOR THE HINGES
A water class designed to exercise the joints while toning the muscles of the entire body. Class routine includes walking, resistance work, coordination drills and wall exercises. Swimming ability is not necessary and classes are co-ed. Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00 - 10:45 am 2 x’s per week Each Spring Session (7 weeks) Fee: $38 Member $73 Non-Member 3 x’s per week Each Spring Session (7 weeks) Fee: $44 Member $86 Non-Member ARTHRITIS Designed for anyone having arthritis or interested in easing back into an exercise program. As water supports 90 percent of total body weight, there is reduced stress on muscles and joints. Class includes exercises from the shoulders to the toes. Swimming ability is not necessary and classes are co-ed.
